What is Accumulated points?

Accumulated points are recorded when customers register or renew services at CloudFly. After accumulating enough points, you can exchange points into corresponding currency according to CloudFly's regulations.

How to calculate accumulated points?

Every 100,000 VND generated is equivalent to 1000 points

Every 1000 points is equivalent to 1000 VND

Point usage regulations

Reward points can be used to register, renew Cloud Server, Block Storage, Load Balancer,... services at CloudFly

Points cannot be converted to cash, withdrawn or transferred between accounts

Reward points cannot be used to purchase services such as domain names, SSL

The points accumulation program is not applicable for customers who are agents

Point expiration

Points are accumulated for transactions made from 06/02/2023.

Point expiration date

6 months from the last transaction date.

Point extension

To extend the point expiration date, customers need to make at least 1 transaction before the expiration date. After successful extension, the point expiration date will be extended by another 6 months.
