This policy clearly defines the rights, obligations, and incentives for resellers participating in the distribution of CloudFly’s products and services.
1. Services Provided to Resellers
CloudFly offers resellers a range of cloud infrastructure services, including:
- Cloud Server
 - Cloud Hosting
 - Dedicated Server
 
2. Benefits of Becoming a CloudFly Reseller
- Attractive Discounts: Enjoy discounts of up to 40%, depending on your reseller tier.
 - 100% Dedicated Management System: Full control over orders, revenue, customers, and automated, transparent commission tracking.
 - Business Independence: Set your own pricing and operate under your own brand.
 - 24/7 Technical Support: CloudFly’s technical team is always ready to assist with any technical issues.
 - Reliability & Quality: Modern infrastructure, 99.9% uptime commitment, and trusted by over 15,000 customers.
 
3. Reseller Terms & Operating Guidelines
- Account Deposit: Resellers must deposit a minimum of 3,000,000 VND into their account to activate sales privileges and receive discounts.
 - Reseller Tier Approval: Reseller tier levels are determined based on the deposit amount.
 - Discounts: Automatically applied according to reseller tier, clearly listed in the CloudFly system.
 - Promotional Programs: Resellers are eligible to participate in current CloudFly promotions. However, if promotional credits are used, reseller discounts will not apply, and order values will be calculated at base price.
 - Services under reseller accounts are not eligible for the affiliate program or cashback rewards.
 - The reseller will receive a refund of the remaining deposit if they terminate the partnership.
 - If a reseller terminates the partnership, any active customers under the reseller’s account will be taken over and supported directly by CloudFly. Additionally, the reseller may transfer their customers to another reseller within the CloudFly system.
 
4. Technical Support Process
- Customers under reseller accounts are managed independently and are completely separate from CloudFly.
 - CloudFly does not directly communicate with or manage reseller customer data — all support and communication must go through the reseller.
 

5. Reseller Responsibilities
- Comply with the terms of service and usage regulations set by CloudFly and in accordance with the law.
 - Do not use CloudFly services for spam, cyberattacks, malware distribution, or any illegal activities.
 - Take full responsibility for promotional content, customer information, and service usage behavior.
 - Cooperate with CloudFly when requested for information verification or technical support.
 
6. CloudFly’s Rights and Responsibilities
- CloudFly is responsible for providing services, infrastructure, and technical support in accordance with policy terms.
 - Ensure system stability, transparency, and fulfillment of discount commitments.
 - Reserves the right to suspend or terminate partnerships if the reseller violates policy terms or damages CloudFly’s reputation.
 - CloudFly may adjust discount rates, policies, or partnership conditions from time to time, with prior notice to resellers.
 
7. Other Terms
- This policy may be updated or modified by CloudFly at any time.
 - Any updates will be officially announced on CloudFly’s website.
 - All disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in accordance with the current laws of Vietnam.
