1. Regulations on marketing and advertising

By participating in an affiliate marketing program at CloudFly you need to ensure the eligibility criteria to be able to best perform the marketing and introduction of products and services at CloudFly:

• Do not portray/convey false information with reality:

CloudFly does not approve and prohibit the untrue portrayal of our products/services in order to drive sales causing confusion can seriously affect CloudFly's reputation.

• Don't do advertising behavior through the media using brand keywords or the wrong keywords:

We do not accept the use of advertising through Google Ads/Facebook or advertising mediums with our keywords such as : CloudFly, CLOUDFLY, CLOUDFY, CloudLy,… or any other keyword that is deliberately misspelled is considered invalid.

• Do not place banners, images of CloudFly on non-standard websites:

CloudFly does not accept the use of marketing placed on Websites that take forms such as gambling or hosting of a hostile nature, ethnic discrimination, football betting, contrary to the fine customs of the Vietnamese state.

Note: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to discontinue and pay commissions or cut a portion of your commissions and be listed as “Invalid commission” in case of violation or intentional violation of the above terms.

2. Commission Calculation and Recognition

Applicable Services

The affiliate program applies to the following services: Cloud Server and Cloud Hosting.

Direct commission up to 40%

For every customer you refer who registers for Cloud services at CloudFly, you’ll earn a direct commission of up to 40%. You can also create a personalized discount code of up to 40% by sharing a portion of your commission with your customers.

Commission from reviews

For each article or video reviewing CloudFly’s services shared in community groups on Facebook/Zalo/YouTube, etc., you will receive a reward of 70,000 VND.

In cases where the referred customer shows signs of violating regulations or engaging in fraud, CloudFly reserves the right to reject or revoke rewards from the program.

10% commission for renewals

When customers renew their services in subsequent billing cycles, you will continue to receive a 10% commission.

Note:

• Commissions only apply to products eligible for the affiliate program and do not include additional fees (VAT, Dedicated IP, Backup, etc.).
• Orders paid with promotional accounts will not be eligible for commission.
• Service upgrade orders will be treated as renewals.
• Custom coupons must be lower than or equal to the current promotional program.
• Each account can submit a review post or video only once.
• Reviews must be posted in tech-related groups or communities and have genuine engagement — no boosted views, fake interactions, or spam.
• Applies to all new invoices issued from 10/13/2025.

3. How to pay commissions

The commission period in the standby state will be 35 days from the date the marketing status is recorded, after 35 days this amount will be added to the available balance which you can withdraw when the balance is sufficient, This 35-day process is intended to exclude cases such as: customers cancel services, customers do not pay for services, customers use 100% refund.

Receiving channels: CloudFly wallet, bank transfer

For withdrawal to CloudFly wallet, the partner can do it at any time when the need arises and the minimum amount to withdraw is 100,000 VND. In case of withdrawal to a bank account, the balance that can be withdrawn in the collaborator's account reaches the threshold of VND 500,000 or more, CloudFly pays partners via bank transfer and payment time takes 1-5 working days. On your account management page, you can view your performance statistics including information about:

• Your referral link: Contains a link that you can send to customers who register for the service, or you can attach it in the banner or website link – When clicking through this link, you will recognize you as a product marketer.
• Number of Clicks: Indicates the number of clicks on your link on the system
• Number of register: The number of orders that you have recorded on the system through the marketing link
• Conversion Rate: Order success rate based on the number of clicks on marketing links
• Commission balance: The amount of commission you have, this amount can be withdrawn when it reaches 500,000 VND
• Pending commissions: Your commission count has been credited and is 35 days pending.
• Total withdrawal amount: The total amount that you have made withdrawals on CloudFly's system.

4. Contracts and duties

For withdrawal to CloudFly wallet, the partner will not be subject to any personal income tax. That means if you want to withdraw VND 500,000 to CloudFly wallet, your account will be added VND 500,000

For bank account withdrawals from CloudFly, Partners are responsible for paying 10% personal income tax as prescribed by law when the monthly income is equal to or greater than 2,000,000 VND and CloudFly will proceed to deduct directly from the withdrawal amount to pay for the partner. In case the partner withdraws an amount of less than VND 2,000,000 then we will deduct from the next withdrawal in the month based on the total amount withdrawn by the partner. In case you need to verify the income and tax that CloudFly has paid, please contact the company accountant.

At the first withdrawal,We will ask the partner for a copy of the ID card and sign a partner contract according to CloudFly's form to make a collaborator contract as prescribed. Each partner only needs to declare this information once.

5. Cookies and cookie retention time

At CloudFly affiliate program the Cookie availability period is up to 60 days.

Pieces of information will be saved as pairs name-value. A simpler and more straightforward way, The cookie will contain in it elements to verify that you are the one marketing the product from the supplier, From there, the system will identify and distribute commissions if your order is successful and also a way for you to receive commissions through your marketing efforts.

60-day cookies: If customer A visits and presses your referral link in all valid conditions and customer A does not sign up for a purchase account immediately afterwards but 25 days later returns to the site and buys it, you can still get attribution referrals and receive a commission on that customer's purchase invoice

Note: Last click applied to the system, let's say you're a marketer for client A, however, customer A clicks more marketing links from other marketers' ads, the last click will be recorded on the system.

Cookies are not applied to orders with discount codes, Where customers have discount codes of partners or other marketers, clicking affiliate link will no longer be valid when customers use discount codes in the process of completing service payment.
